By purchasing any product or service from DassWell Solutions, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed, and the product/service has been sent for review. As the customer, you are responsible for understanding this policy before purchasing any service or product on our Site.

2. Commitment to Quality

  • DassWell Solutions believes in delivering projects with a clear and complete outcome in mind. In cases of unsatisfactory service, all possible attempts to work out a mutually acceptable solution should be prioritized to resolve issues amicably.

3. Subscription Return Policy

  • If you subscribe to our services and/or software, the following terms apply:
    • If you decide to cancel your subscription after making a payment (manually, by Electronic Clearing Service, or automatically), no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

4. Work-in-Progress Return Policy

  • Once you agree to the creation, provision, or undertaking of a product or service project with us and make a payment, the following terms apply:
    • If we have commenced work on your project according to our agreement after receiving payment, you are not eligible for a refund. This is true regardless of the reasons you may provide.
    • A 100% refund is available only if the project has not started or if the initial design/style is not approved. Projects without an explicit agreement are not eligible for refunds.
    • No refund will be issued for hours or work already completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with our work or commitment, you must notify our team immediately. Requests or negotiations for refunds submitted at a later date will not be considered.
    • In the unlikely event that technical issues delay the start of your project, we will consider refund requests.

5. Refunds and Delays Due to External Factors

  • If a delay occurs due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party services or unforeseen external factors, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • DassWell Solutions is not responsible for refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility with third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, or extensions, except for those explicitly listed as compatible on the preview page of the service/product. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party programs and cannot provide support for these applications.

6. Delivery Policy

  • DassWell Solutions’ delivery commitments are contingent upon timely payments and effective communication:
    • Projects are void if agreed payments are not made on time.
    • Clients must provide necessary information and respond promptly to ensure successful project completion. DassWell Solutions is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incomplete or delayed communication, incorrect information, or lack of clearly defined project scope at the beginning.
    • No refund or compensation will be provided for delays in delivery under any circumstances unless an agreement with a penalty clause for delay in delivery has been signed.

7. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment and Milestone-Based Payments: Upfront, sprint, or milestone payments are non-refundable once the project has begun or resources have been allocated.
  • Project-Specific Payment Terms:
    • Software, Web Application, and Website-Based Projects: Refunds are not applicable once the project has started, or resources have been allocated.
    • Mobile-Based Projects: Refunds are not applicable once the project has started, or resources have been allocated.
    • Digital Marketing and Consulting Services: Refunds are not applicable as funds may be allocated toward digital ad campaigns, strategies, or resources.

8. Cancellation Policy and Refunds

  • In the event that a project is cancelled before or during development, whether by DassWell or the Client, DassWell will not issue refunds due to the manpower and resources already allocated. By agreeing to these terms, The Client/Stakeholders agree not to pursue legal claims or initiate any form of public or online disparagement, including negative reviews, posts, or comments about DassWell Solutions, as a condition of this agreement.
  • If the Client does not agree with DassWell’s Terms of Use Policy, they may choose to discontinue their engagement with DassWell. For more details on cancellations and refunds, please refer to our complete Refund Policy.
  • The refund will be processed within 45 days from the request date and transferred to the original payment method if the request meets the refund policy criteria.

9. Development Policy

  • DassWell Solutions reserves the right to decline any project that promotes racism, pornography, or other objectionable content. Additionally:
    • We reserve the right to include the phrase “D & D by DassWell Solutions” at the bottom of each web page we develop. This phrase will not interfere with the look or style of the page or site.
    • We reserve the right to feature any website created and developed by us in our portfolio.

10. Amendments to This Policy

  • DassWell Solutions may update this Refund Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our Site.
