6. Service Agreements and Payment Terms

When engaging DassWell for project-based Services, the following payment terms apply:

  1. Upfront Payment and Milestone-Based Payments:
    • Clients agree to pay upfront before starting a project or after the first demo presentation.
    • The remaining balance shall be payable according to milestones/sprint/deliverables outlined in the project agreement or upon project completion, with all payments due within one day of the project’s conclusion.
  2. Project-Specific Payment Terms:a) Software, Web Application, Website-Based Projects – If the project is hosted on a third-party server outside DassWell, a partial payment of 90% of the total project cost is required. The remaining 10% is due upon project completion.

    b) Mobile-Based Projects – An upfront payment is required before the project begins, with the remaining amount due upon milestone completion as agreed.

    c) Digital Marketing & Consulting – A 100% upfront payment is required before the project begins.

  3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
    • In the event, a project is cancelled before or during development, whether by DassWell or the Client, DassWell will not issue refunds due to the manpower resources already allocated to the project. By agreeing to these Terms, the Client waives the right to initiate legal action or publish disparaging content about DassWell on the internet.
    • If the Client does not agree to DassWell’s Terms of Use Policy, they may choose to discontinue their engagement with DassWell. For more information on cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

DassWell may use third-party vendors or platforms in the delivery of Services. We are not liable for any issues or outages resulting from these external services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DassWell provides the Site and Services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. DassWell does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site or Services.

9. Limitation of Liability
